  Racebike - Prep
This is a complete setup list for a professional race bike preparation. This prep is used completely to prepare your motorcycle for club racing with WERA, CCS and  AMA Supersport or Superstock. We can piece together any race setup you would like with any component, but actual prep labor is the same no matter how you configure the parts.

These labor prices are based on a perfect condition (new) motorcycle. Any necessary repairs would be extra. Parts prices are individual.
Complete packages would get additional discounts. 

Bike Preparation Service - $1900
Complete Bike Disassembly
Grease, inspect, and re-torque all bearings, pivots, links, etc..
Remove all unnecessary brackets
Remove all unnecessary electrical components (ignition switch, left side switch, etc..)
Modify under tail/battery tray
Re-route wiring harness
Replace rear shock and rebuild front forks (see suspension parts options)
Modify bolts and hangers for easy service
Drill and safety wire all bolts according to your race org
Hang aftermarket bodywork
nstall aftermarket electrical components (PC, Shifter)
Install accessory brackets (rearsets, clip-ons, upper cowl brace, etc)
Install braided steal brake lines, race brake fluid, race pads
Flush coolant system and replace with legal coolant
nstall 520 Chain and sprockets
Install protective screens on radiator/oil coolers
Modify Fuel Cap (AMA)
Replace Fuel Cap (WERA, CCS)
